What our reviews are
Each review summarises a product using the information in our directory profiles and the vendor's public description of its product. It is written to help you decide whether a product is worth investigating further, not to certify that it works as described.
What we do not do
- We do not perform hands-on testing of the software.
- We do not give numeric or star ratings.
- We do not currently collect or publish user reviews.
- We do not certify, endorse or accredit products.
Facts versus vendor claims
We aim to distinguish between information held in our directory and statements made by a vendor about its own product. Where a review repeats a vendor's description, it should be read as the vendor's claim, not as something we have verified. Facts we do not know are omitted.
Potential fit is conditional
When a review describes which practices a product may suit, that is a conditional judgement based on the available information. Your workflows, existing systems, region and budget may change the answer, so treat it as a starting point for your own evaluation.
Pricing
We do not publish prices we have not confirmed. Always obtain current pricing and contract terms directly from the vendor in writing.
Updates and corrections
Software changes over time, and we cannot guarantee that every review reflects the latest version or that reviews are updated on a fixed schedule. If you believe something is inaccurate, please send details through our contact form and we will look into it.
